Mr. Pattada Nanaiah brings over three decades of hands-on experience in the coffee and tea industries across India and Papua New Guinea. After earning his Bachelor of Science from St Joseph's College, Bangalore, he began his career managing tea plantations in Assam — where he ran fully modernised tea and coffee factories and achieved a record crop of 596,000 kilograms of black tea.

In 1992, he moved to Papua New Guinea, where he would spend the next 15 years transforming the country's coffee industry. Starting in the remote Anga region of Morobe Province, he managed trade operations and coffee-buying for subsistence farming communities. By 1994, he had joined Niugini Highlands Coffee, Tea & Spice — PNG's third-largest coffee exporter — as branch manager in Goroka, Eastern Highlands.

There, he was responsible for sourcing export-quality coffee from across the Highlands, training hundreds of local factory managers, and managing all aspects of the company's day-to-day operations. He served as Chairman of the Coffee Exporters Council of PNG from 2000 to 2002 and was a vocal member of the Coffee Industry Corporation board.

Now, that same depth of expertise — in sourcing, quality control, farmer relationships, and export standards — is the foundation on which 7 Bites Agrotech is built.
