Our coffee is the flagship of 7 Bites — and for good reason. Our founder, Mr. Pattada Nanaiah, spent over 15 years in Papua New Guinea as branch manager of one of the country's largest coffee exporters, sourcing and grading beans to world-class standards. That same expertise now guides every lot we source from the misty highlands of Coorg, Karnataka. Grown under shade canopies at 900–1,400 meters, our Arabica and Robusta beans develop complex flavor profiles with notes of chocolate, citrus, and spice. Each lot is hand-picked at peak ripeness and processed using washed, natural, and honey methods.
